I'm an Aunt!!!!!!!!

Fri Feb 1, 2008, 10:39 PM
I'm so in love!

8 pounds, 9 ounces, 20 inches of the most beautiful baby boy in the whole world. I'm not even a baby person. I love kids, but babies make me so nervous, but from the time my brother placed him in my arms I was hooked! He's named after my father and my brother insists his looks just like him(my father, that is).

Sorry to bore everyone. I know sometimes it's quite taxing to hear these stories....but I'm just busting with excitement! And I can't hold it in. (that's the revised version of that infamous Le Tigre song: I'm so excited and I just can hide it).

Thank you for putting up with my gushing.

I'm not always a baby person...In fact it's just a fairly recent thing that I'm getting used to them...lol I like kids...like ages 6-12...old enought that they can talk and understand me...but young enough that they're cool and not corrupt but the world yet! Haha!

But I guess having a baby nephew will soften you up...it's always different when it's yours. I'm just paranoid I could hurt him. haha

And thanks.... I'm too broke to spoil him right now though

hahaha tell me about it. My niece just got a uber card last year for her birthday! And you know how people are like "if dogs and kids like you, you're prob a good person?" hahaha Im always afraid the baby will start screaming and everyone will be like "ooooo...i guess the baby sees something we dont." PARANOIA.

I know eh!! Babies crey! It's a guarantee...but for some reason it's like a freakish game of hot potatoe and you don't want to be the one caught with it when it cries, because it makes you the BAD GUY! Oooooo!

Oh come now...it's not so bad...if Michael Jackson can do it it must be OK...not too mention I'm sure that would make it stop crying...eventually.

Wow that was so sick and worng I can't believe I just typed it. Feel free to delete and never mention it again.

I love babies! :D

Michael Jackson is a great role model for everyone... I mean, hes a real go-getter. He gets things done. Didnt like his fro, cut it off, didnt like his nose, got a new one, didnt like his kid, dangled him out a window.
He's an inspiration, all right.
