I Did It!!!

Well sports fans....or should I say art fans?

So, for all of those following my journals...I went to the audition! I didn't get the part, but that's okay...it was a national audition, so I'm not too upset! The fact that I took enough initiative to find out where the auditions are, look up bus shedules, go tothe location (Big City), walk in the downtown streets and audition in front of professional casting directors was such a HUGE step in my insignificant life! That's what made it all worth it! I'm a big girl now!

Haha....well thanks. I had thought about calling you after I found out where my bus would be and the ime and number and what not. But after all that I couldn't take it anymore, so I went and sat down in the waiting area and slept with my face in my hands and my knees supporting my elbows! I woke up every half hour on the hour to make sure that I didn't sleep past my departure time! Haha! I also slept on the bus. My sleep cycle is so off the chart!

Anyways...sorry to make you worry!

Yeah, we'll see. That was my big step for now. I don't know when the next one will be. Who knows...maybe I'll have to way another couple years before I hit my big break? In the mean time, I can still enjoy my life knowing that I didn't just sit by and watch it happen. :)

LOL exactly! Except it came more in waves...I've have a huge wave or regret, fear and disbelieve and sheer panic....then I'd be all eerily calm...then when it was my turn...that was the high!...then it was a "no" so kind of a buzz kill, but whatever! haha
